Consol Enhances VMS User Experience by Launching DirectMe℠ Tool Set  

NEW YORK, August 29, 2011 –- ProcureStaff Technologies, provider of the Consol Vendor Management System (VMS) for enterprise services spend management, announced the launch of its new user experience enhancement tool set, DirectMe℠. 

Consol's DirectMe help feature offers an intuitive self-help tool set that simplifies the user experience of navigating the end-to-end procurement process. With Consol DirectMe℠, processes such as requisition creation, template selection, approvals, time card approval, and PO completion are now even easier to navigate.

The feature-rich DirectMe tool set offers user tips and help that can be accessed throughout the workflow process, info box headers that can be configured to answer frequently asked questions, and up to 100 procurement process notifications that can be configured to act as reminders for prompting actions by the user community. The main dashboard offers configurable, role-based Quicklink access to important company information such as company Intranet, tenure policies, and background check guidelines.
